7. International Data Transfers

7.1 ph779 primarily processes personal data within the Republic of the Philippines. 7.2 ph779 will not transfer your personal data to countries or jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of protection for personal data without your explicit consent or a lawful basis under RA 10173.

8. Data Retention

ph779 retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from Account closure, as required by PAGCOR licence conditions and AML record-keeping requirements under RA 9160.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLC record-keeping requirements.
• Gaming session logs: Retained for a minimum of 2 years for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes.
• Support communications: Retained for 2 years from the date of closure of each support case.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the consent and for 3 years thereafter as evidence of consent.

If ph779 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, ph779 will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete the collected data (except where retention is required for regulatory compliance or legal proceedings), and take appropriate action including referral to relevant Philippine authorities where warranted.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

ph779 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, Philippine law, NPC guidance, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Material changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to registered ph779 members via email or Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the ph779 Platform following the effective date of revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and consent to the updated terms.
